I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I would say that this apartment is just mediocre. There is nothing too special about it. It is very well-maintained. The staff is friendly enough. My biggest complaints are: A couple of times the maintenance crew did not follow through on my maintenance requests. They normally offer same day/next day service; There were drafts in my apartment and I am very cold-natured; Since we are near a lot of pine trees, cockroaches and small innocent bugs got into my apartment during the summer. Don?t get me wrong, I wouldn?t classify the apartment as roach-infested, but I am not used to any type of bug in the home; Some of my neighbors were quite noisy, but thank god they moved; There was a ventilation problem in my bedroom which caused mildew to build up on the ceiling and tub. I was able to cope with this by keeping some Tilex mildew remover handy (or Chlorox); A few cars were vandalized during the last few months that I was there; And, probably my biggest issue, my commode kept getting stopped up. I got tired of calling the maintenance crew since it would happen almost everytime I did the #2; Overall, it is just decent...None of these issues were major since the staff would do what they could to solve the problem very quickly.





Biggest pluses, my rent only increased one time; Friendly staff; Very, very close to the airport(5min); nice size master bedroom in my 2br, 1 bath. It doesn?t have walk-in closes or anything though, but the sliding doors for the closets are 2 large mirrors.; airplanes flying over is not a problem even though we are near the airport; convenient to downtown (15 minutes); very accessible to marta (5 minutes away by bus).
