I stayed at Embarcadero for a year while I was finishing up my last year in school and it was a good experience.

The maintenance staff was responsive when we had a leak that kept coming about for about a month. And everytime we called they would be there within hours to check on it and patch it up. Eventually they found the cause to the leak and had it fixed permanately.

Other than the airplanes, the section I lived in was fairly quiet. But you can't complain on noise too much because it's expected everywhere.

The main thing I did not like was that there were no stores or food places close by.
