I have lived in these apartments for almost 4 years now. I think there is a major distinction based on which part of the complex you live in, which is huge. I live near the back entrance and I think it is probably much more peaceful and has less traffic than say apartments at the front of the complex. There are a police officer and a state trooper that live on site. The leasing office staff is always friendly. When I make a maintenance request its usually filled within a day or 2. I will say that the past year the quality of new renters has lessened. Before this yera I never heard my neighbors but now I can all the time. I didn't hear anything about a shooting and as far as I know the complex is pretty good about notifying renters if there are safety issues or concerns.
