Unfair to existingf Tenants

50% off rent for an entire year is great for new tenants just coming in the door, but how do you think existing tenants feel'!! My rent has increased every year. I've lived here for 3 years, I recently signed a new lease, but it will definitely be the last. Half of the apartments are empty for a reason. Lots of bugs even after multiple visits from the exterminator. Lots ofthings that need to be repaired.
Dirty hallways.
