This place has new management and the same problems, nothing gets fixed my bathroom ceiling started leaking and now there is a hole. Water pipes are always being fixed so there will be times when you come home to no running water. my roomates car was stolen and 3 other cars. horrible neighborhood laudry room is missing tiles in cieling water drops will fall on you while your washing clothes if the machine happens to work, you get what you pay for that why the specials are so wonderful. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
