I moved in 8/10/07 I was initially told and my lease stated that the two bedroom townhome was for $599.00 a month gas and water included. I was also told that to my face verbally by Assistant Manager Choona Meyers. I went to pay my rent and the money order was rejected because now she claims my rent is $716.00!!! and that the gas and water was not included. The Manager Alona went along with this lie. As I read my lease it stated I paid $200.00 in Admin. fees when I actually paid $300.00 in Admin. fees not going to the miles properties, but to Mrs Choona Meyers. I have been calling the corporate office for days now no response. I am not paying them another dime. They tried to get me to sign some bogus paper work. My lease is also invalid because of the errors and because it does not have managements signature on it. when I requested a signed copy of my lease I was refused by the Manager Alona because I would not sign the bogus rent stipulation. The maintenance sucks it appears as if they hired a bunch of crack heads and heroin addicts to do the jobs that never get complete. The apartments is also infested with waterbugs, roaches, and ants. The two women in the office especially Choona Meyers is very ghetto, street and unprofessional. Now I am taking them to court for trying to rip me off and for the poor quality of service. All of this in one month. I rate Highland Cove a zero for everything.

I visited a friend in one of these apartment of highland cove on riverdale rd and I was shocked at the rate of cocroaches in the house. I could not eat and even worse is that when I wake up in the night to use the kitchen they are all over the place and I end up goint back to bed without touching a thing in the kitchen. It is appauling
