After a hellish experience in another community, Lakeside is a wonderful place to come home to it has great landscaping lots of tree's and they employee a great landscaping staff their are wild geese who rule the road but are very friendly the residence treat them as part of the community. They have a nice clean pool and the head of maintenance is on the ball he is very visable on the property. The management staff seems very concerned with their residents and always keep us abreast of all happening on the property with notices it is an older property but very weel kept I would recomend it to single's or families their screening process is great their are a good mix of adults and children and the manager tries to place you with neighbors that will suit your personality my only problrm with the complex is that it has a beautiful lake that is not being maintained that could be in regards to monies it would take to bring it up to its true possibilities.
