I lived in Lakeside in 2004-2005 and I enjoyed it. I had a one bedroom in the back of the complex. My neighbors were great, maintenance was timely and friendly, the staff was hellish when I first got there but they got rid of her and things were better in the office, parking was great even though there wasn't assigned parking it seemed like it cause everyone parked in the same spot everyday. It was quiet and peaceful although sometimes you could hear gunshots at night but nothing major. I would definitely recommend it. Now my cousin lives there and he loves it too!
