I lived at Park Walk for 3 years and never had any problems until the summer of 2003 when there was an auto theft and vandalism of my car. I was upset to find out from other tenants that this had been going on for months in the complex but mgmt had failed to inform the residents(they only sent out flyers here and there saying there is theft in the area-how vague is that')Needless to say I was ticked off, especially when my mgmt seemed to be unsympathetic originally.
However, in the end mgmt was good about letting me terminate my lease since I had to get a new car!!Hopefully security has tightened in complex.
