There are several property management issues with this property. In or including, pest control, unprofessional management response, and several other issues that can never be resolved even once you contact the property owner. I have had several problems after notifying the office that I would not be renewing my lease. I have had an ant infestation problem that has come from the outside and has nearly taken over my apartment, and management says that there is nothing that they can do. You can never speak to the property manager, as she is usually always unavailable. The support manager is not very helpful, because she claims to never know any direct answers. When there is an issue that needs follow-up it is never taken care of. These have been personal experiences, but just be aware of what you are dealing with.

We all have ant problems in summer... I do think that the office is responsible for pest control but, I also think we are responsible for doing what's necessary to help keep the problem down. I think you just had a bad day. And because you were ready to go, you thought everybody wronged you..

We all get ant's once in awhile. I think if the office does pest control, we also need to do our part in pest control around our living area. You can buy pet/wildlife safe products to spray.
