Park Walk

There have been many break-ins within the past 6 months and management is keeping it hush hush. People are moving out as fast as you blink. There is on-site security but you never see them. Break-ins are not only happening at night but during the afternoon as well. My apartment was broken into during the day while i was at work.
If you have any sort of pests in your apartment (and they will visit), the spray that maintainence uses always seems to attract more pests. The children in the neighborhood next door always cut holes in the fences or jump over the fences all hours of the day and night. There are only 11 buildings in the complex. I would assume it'd be easy to keep an eye out on such a small neighborhood. I made it through alive, but I lost a lot of things that were very close to my heart. Try this neighborhood if you'd like; my experience there did not meet up to my expectations as a tenant.
