I lived in Poplar Springs for a year and it was not great at all. My ceiling was leaking and wet my whole carpet, it take maintences about three days to get to me.I had alot of plumbing problems, I called twice for maintences and still no one came. I had a terrible experiences with those apartments. Everywhere smells like weed (marjuanna) and everyone sells it to. I hated it there. It could be better but the envirnoment there is not good at all. I wish i could of look more closely at the facts and review more about this area...I would never recommended this apartments to anyone .
