The security gate has been broken since I moved in December 2005. The management team promised me that that gate would be repaired the same week of my move. Still waiting and so much crime has occurred since my move here. I am so tired of receiving notes from the leasing office on my door telling us to be aware of acts of vandalism or to come forth if we witnessed a crime. I am sure that some of the crime is committed by members of the community, but, if the damn gate was fixed, it would eliminated outsiders entering at their leisure. The only dumpster site available is nasty. Trash all over..soon they will have rats roaming freely. As the weather is getting warmer, I see that this complex is just another project/housing development in the making.
