The management staff at Ashford at Stoneridge is terrible. First, I would like to say, we get what we pay for. When my roommate and I went to look at the apartment we were told that our apartment would look just like the model, well let's just say that our apartment wasn't far from the model but it wasn't close to looking at it. The lead leasing consultant showed us the apartment that we were moving into about a week after we gave her the deposit we understood that the apartment was not complete. When we entered the apartment the carpet was a different color and it was stained as well as burnt, the toilet didn't work most of the light bulbs were blown and it did not look like the model at all. I asked Veronica, the leasing consultant at the time, if they could pull the carpet up and replace it, she said no. That was our first problem. Our second problem was the gate worked only half of the time we lived there, the fitness center was never open, and of of the management staff snuck into the clothes care center and went through my laundry to smell my underwear!!!Every time I go to the rent office now to ask one Rachel to have pest control come to my apartment she has something smart to say. YES RACHEL WE HAVE ROACHES IN BUILDING 5!!! THERE WERE DEAD ROACHES IN THE MODEL!!! RACHEL never knows what she is talking about because she never wants to do her job and her customer service is horrible. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, LIVE AT ASHFORD AT STONERIDGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I MAY LIVE THERE NOW BUT I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE. There are always cop cars in our neighborhood because there is high crime and violence, just two weeks ago the GBI was looking for a man in Ashford at Stoneridge!!
