Although management is nice, more education is needed in managing. Nothing gets fixed on time, and old parts are being used. Talking about cutting cost at the tenants expense. Maintenance is poor with getting anything fixed within the unit. Every time I turn around something else goes wrong. I am still waiting for work orders to be completed from the day of move in. I conducted some of the maintenance issues that could be fixed myself. The roaches, bugs and spiders are a major problem as well. As hot as it got this summer...the pool was never opened, due to its up keep.
In lieu of the complaints mentioned, the area is not a safe place to live either, the units have been broken into, and there is constant police activity. No soon as new tenants move in they move out.
Until management does an overhaul on maintenance issues, they will never be able to rent to prospective tenants. I would not recommend this place to call home.
