FIRST OFF WE SHOULD OF KNOWN IT WAS SOME MESS. WE DIDN'T GET MOVED IN UNTIL A FEW DAYS AFTER SCHEDULED BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T ON TOP OF THEIR GAME. EVEN THOUGH WE BROUGHT OUR DEPOSIT IN MID JANUARY. CAME AT THE END OF MARCH STARTED COMPLAINING THE MIDDLE OF APRIL HERE IT IS SEPTEMBER AND STUFF STILL ISN'T RIGHT. KIDS BATHROOM 8 LEAKS ON CEILING REAL TALK!! PIPE UNDER SINK BURST,STILL ISN'T FIXED, PEOPLE HANG OUT ALL TYPES OF NIGHT, KIDS UNRULELY, PROPERTY NOT UP KEPT, MOLD, MILDEW, BAD PLUMBING, FOUL ORDOR IN HALLWAYS, TRASH EVERYWHERE "LITERALLY", MAINTANENCE SUCK,BAD PLACE TO TRY TO RAISE A FAMILY DON'T BE NO FOOL BOO!!!!!!!!!!!! IM SERIOUS!!!!!!!

This is more of a 2nd chance property...don't expect you are living in Buckhead. Nice grounds,maintenance and nice staff. Asst Mgr is very nice to her residents and will do all to make u happy. Just call if there is an issue and be patient it will be done by her. -RESIDENT-

OH YEAH THOSE WHO NEED 2ND CHANCE PROGRAMS PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE GROVE THE UP KEEP IN THE PROJECTS ARE BETTER MY SIS HAS LOW RENT IN THE HOOD AND HER SHYTS MUCH MUCH MUCH NICER LIKE BUCKHEAD TO BOWEN HOMES NOW YOU COMPARE!!!!!!!
