I gave this complex two chances. I first resided there for 2 1/2 years. At first the maintenance staff was great, the office staff was great, they made timely repairs, I was very pleased with everything. Except for the planes, but what do you expect from living at the airport. When I returned several years later, it was a whole different ball came. I requested my unit be ready at a certain date so I could do my own cleaning and move gradually, the unit I was suppose to get never got the filthy carpet changed and I had to switch my utilites twice because at 5 p.m. on the day I had my moving truck (since 10 am) waiting for keys, I finally got them, and not for the unit my lease was signed for. The unit I got was on the top level, the door was not secure to my satisfaction. I had missing doors, holes in doors, a rusted light fixture in the main hall bathroom. That was first impression. After I go my stuff in there, it rained, I had a roof in my hall path, dining room and kitchen. I found mold in the utility closet for the hot water tank and I was told there was no mold between the walls. The light fixture was RUSTED, that was from long time water damage. I called the office to report and guess what, the Punch guy came and spray painted my walls to cover the water stains. They brought me a face board to replace the one in front of my sink in the kitchen, it wasn't even the same color as the rest of my cabinets. I had a whole in my kitchen window, the blinds to the sliding glass door was torn up. The ceiling in the master bedroom was swagging. I had a shelf missing in the lining closet, they hammered one in that didn't fit. I kept calling the office and I starting faxing the office, they then complained that I wasn't giving them time to fix the problem. THEY HAD A MONTH TO GET THE UNIT I SAW READY FOR ME AND DIDN'T DO IT. So the threw me into another one to get me in. I continued to pay my rent on time and I started calling the management company after having gone through 3 propery managers in one month. I eventually starting talking to the District Manager that claimed they would resolve my issues. There suggestion to me was to move to a sister property, but guess at whose expense. MINE!!!. I finally opted out of my lease and got the hell out of there. Last I heard, they will be a parking lot soon.
