Roach Farm This Roach Motel is a Joke! The office staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. The manager will not call you back. The leasing staff will not give out the number to corporate. The corporate office phone number is not listed on their website. Don't waste your time and money.

No Security I lived in Poplar Springs Apts for 2 years during that time my neighbors apartment was broke into 2 times, and my apartment was also broken into twice. The first time the door was kicked in. The second time the a brick was thrown through the window. Bottom line there is no security

DON'T DO IT! My apartment was broken into twice, my car was vandelized, the kids are bad as all h*ll, the schools suck,the new management sucks and they do not care about the needs of the tenets & the apartments are old and ragedy! JUST DONT DO IT!
