I loved it! - I lived in a 1BR flat from 2007-2008. I'm a female and lived alone. The apartments were safe, and I never felt fearful at all. I never used the pool, but it looked nice. The laundry room left much to be desired, so I usually used the 24 hour laundromat just 5 minutes up the road. There is also a Walmart nearby, gas station, Publix and Winn-Dixie not too far.
