IF YOU RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Unless you like paying to be harassed by property manager (the manager is an old woman that wears more make up than bozo the clown) then I wouldn't rent here. First off, the apartments are WAY overpriced for what they are (Go rent from Greystone or Whisperwood: nicer apartment for the same price). The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Also, the construction of the apartments was is cheap and shotty: I was the first person to live in my apartment and there are patches on the walls, damaged spots that have been painted over, and the electrician (obviously a rookie) wired the light switches are poorly placed and the switches you think would turn on one thing turn on something totally different. But by far the main problem with these apartments is the -----like attitude of management. Your home should be a place of relaxation and tranquility for you but if you have the manager beating on your door and complaining about parking, pets, and not being able to see your parking decal through your tint how can you ever relax....Do yourself a favor and move into an apartment complex where they leave you alone and let you enjoy your apartment. If you know the name "Dean Martin" then you know not to rent from this place. Parking is adequate because no one lives here and guests are only allowed to visit seven times per year before having to be added to the lease...insane' I'd say yes. This place is a TOTAL DUMP!!!!!

Obviously security911 doesn't realize WHAT RULES ARE! Somebody needs to read their lease before signing it! This is the kind of trash that needs to be removed from the building I live in. I hope you move!

I agree. I'd rather have a Property Manager who is on the job and concerned about dead beats who are living here illegally, so they don't have to pass a CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK. Our Property Manager cares about who lives next door to us and the safety of us and our children.

This property manager? Care about your children? WHATEVER, if your have ever met Dean Martin, you would know she is the kind of animal that would eat her young, and smile. I have no idea what motivates her to be such a beast but I see I am not the only person that has a problem. Maybe we can all meet.

well i am glad to hear this from other people , i agree this apartment complex is way over priced it is basicly the projects in a better neighborhood the mangement suck they are prejudice to the max and lives on being in everyones business instead of worrying about the repairs and maintance that need to be done we need to remove mrs martin and find new mangement we paid good money and should not live like we are in prison here this is not a kid friendly place along with changed rules from when we moved in ...DO NOT MOVE IN HERE EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY a little more somewhere else this is hell...

I would have to agree...a lot of the rules here are stupid. I honestly would have no problem if my neighbor wanted to have a few guests over (even if they stayed longer than 7 days). I also think the pool rules are a joke...one guests per apartment. Whatever though, I guess it's better than the craphole they call whisperwood. I just don't see what the big deal is about parking passes? It's not like there is only a limited number of spaces. Give me a break.

Rangercaptain, I met two military families that were touring the complex with Dean Martin and, instead of warning them not to move in, I did the polite smile and handshake thing. I hope this was not you and I apologize to those two soldiers and their families for not warning them when I had the chance.
