I can say that out of all the places I have ever lived, this is the WORST by far. I have had the opportunity to live in other apartments in Columbus, and I regret the fact that I ever moved here. I have never in my life felt so harrassed by an apartment manager (DEAN MARTIN) than any other place before. She is a lying, coniving, manipulative woman that is there to harrass and abuse the rights of the tenants. I can't speak about the rest of the managment staff They seem to be all right. I believe they just follow suit to what she says because they fear their jobs. Many other tenants have expressed the same concerns, but too many are scared of retaliation or can't afford to move, but they all plan to leave. It is ridiculous how she treats her tenants like prisoners. If the owners don't realize soon, they will have a horrible reputation before long if they don't fire this woman. She waits in the morning for you to come out of your home to harrass you about parking decals and visitors. She has tried to evict several tenants for having visitors in their home. (Accusing them that they live there. Who Cares who is at your house! This is your place, you should be allowed to have visitors! She is probably the one who wrote the other review about safe nice community - because we discovered she heard about the bad review, then all of a sudden a good one pops up. Yeah right!! She is an apartment dictator! Your place of residence should be welcoming, comfortable, and a place to relax and call home after a long day at work. However, this woman has truly taken my living experience to an extreme that is unacceptable and I would not wish on anyone. The apartments are overpriced and you can hear everything your neighbors do upstairs or beside you. None of the outlets in my bathroom work, all the vinyl flooring in the apartment in crooked and installed improperly. There are also patches on the bathroom walls where they never painted. Maintenance failed to correct these things, and the entire time all they have done is give excuses about how busy they are. One thing I can say is that the apartment is a place I dread to go to now. If I didn't feel like I had someone watching me all the time, I believe I could tolerate the other shortcomings. But by far, the management it the total problem.

In response to anonymous, your terminology â??HOOD RATâ?? is obvious enough to me of who really has issues, To use that type of language or name calling to try and degrade me or another individual because you do not agree with my opinion and living experience here, is childish and ignorant to say the least.

Why would anyone, other than the Manager, care what someone else writes in a review and attack them. This is the kind of people you are dealing with...do you really want to give them your money every month to put up with the exact same thing but in person instead of on an internet website? This is truly a sad situation. My only advice is if you haven't signed a lease here RUN! and if you have signed a least get out of it and RUN!
