We have lived here for about 4 months and I can honestly say it's not as bad for us as it is for other people. However, the apartments are built very cheaply. We have places in the trimming around the doors where they cut it almost off but left it anyways. Also, our floor in the kitchen has holes under the vinyl and the cabinets are almost falling off. Also, I hate the fact that they can come into your house at any time and not even have to tell you why or what's going on. (not to mention track dirt in) Other than those few small things, I think this place is ten times better than our previous place. I love the windows and the sunlight. The washer and dryer is wonderful. (It saved us from having to drag one around with us) Also, it is very convenient having a playground almost right outside the door. The openness is the best part. Overall, I'd say we like it well enough and plan to stay at least until the end of our lease. I'm sorry all of the other people are having so many issues. I have to agree, the complex, while cheaply built, could be a nice enough place. But as you stated in your review the manager is the problem, she's got some serious issues.
