Lots of electrical and maintenance issues. Be prepared to have patience. For one, the washers in the laundry room don't work-- they are suppose to be highly efficient but I often have to wash my clothes more than once. They're crap. Also the electrical outlets in my apartment don't work. Usually the top one works or the bottom one works but not both. The light switches are placed incorrectly making it difficult to find the light switch. Lights under the stove don't work, the garbage disposals don't work and I have had difficulty getting maintenance to fix the problems. The carpet is cheap. There is also a bad flooding issue. If it rains, water floods the playground. The business office is ineffective for conducting business. There are two computers and only one works leaving residents or guests with no computer fighting over one ---and that one is often down. They also have a swimming pool but it's only 3 feet in depth and 6 feet long! It's awful. I don't even know why they have it there! Please reconsider before coming
