By far, Brighton Park is the best value in Columbus. When you take into account the space, and washers and dryers that are included, the value is much better than other places in town. I really enjoy coming home to my apartment, and enjoy all the amenities the complex offers. Once I found out that I was moving to town, I called the Manager directly to help me expedite everything. She was extremely helpful and made my transition to Columbus easy. I had just one or two things that had to be taken care of right after I moved in, but the maintenance staff had that taken care of right away.

Oh yeah, I agree, its got to be management. Heard they knew there ratings were terrible. Wouldn't put it past them to post good comments to get their score higher....
