I too was a resident of this apartment complex from 2008-2009. Everything that looks good doesn't mean it is good. My first month i'd put in more than 8 work order requests and that's just the beginning. building J flooded, the lower apartments were covered in water. they had to shut down the entire building and put us in hotels for 3 days. I wouldn't rent there if they gave me a year FREE rent. Office staff: don't get me started. To change staff 3 times in one year speaks for itself.
