I found the staff to be very responsive and helpful. They really try to work with all residents. Maintenance is excellent. My work orders are usually complete the same day! Wish I could have stayed

MILITARY RENTERS BEWARE DO NOT MOVE TO BRITTWOOD 2 months after we ETS we got a bill for 853.80. for a unit cleaning 65.00 we spent 2 days cleaning our selves. carpet cleaning 50.00 we had only rented the place 3 months keys 40.00 they said we never left keys. but we left in an envelop in the drop box at main office. 635.00 for ETS because we broke the contract we had to threaten to go to jag and its still not resolved NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE 50.00 for leaving a full bottle of Windex in the apartment we didn't want to just through it away. and 35.00 because we weren't able to be there for a move out inspection we had to leave on a Sunday the staff is very rude they also kept accusing us of having a dog in the apartment I have 2 kids no time for a dog
