Our lease is up and can't wait to get out, the complex has gone downhill, even if there is an "Extreme Makeover in Progress"! The apartment construction's bad, the walls aren't straight, they paint over wallpaper, use waterbase paint so if you have to wipe down a wall you take the paint off, they use tons of spackle to patch and then paint, the garbage disposals sound like they're grinding a dinosaur when it's only a piece of shredded cheese, the breezeways look like the back alley behind a bar. I don't feel safe here anymore, if you have a complaint the staff says they know and are working on it..but never do anything, there's only one entrance in and out of here and they've moved all the trash containers to the middle and back of complex. It really sucks when you're a hardworking respectful family just trying to have a decent life with a nice comfortable place to live and the people around you dont care and turn it into a ghetto.
