Its the worst place i've ever been/ LOOKs nice from a far but far from nice.
The staff is one of the biggest problems. We were told we had a DOG someone saw me with a dog (I'V NEVER HAD A DOG ) But that was not the end of it we were sent a number of $$ bills trying to get us to pay for a dog that we never had. the staff would not even walk down to the apartment to come look. We've lived in many apartment never had such a problem ( JUST LOOK AROUND FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE IT WILL BE THE BEST MOVE ) one less headache. You dont need.

2 months after we Moved out we got a bill for $853.80
Lost key/ Trash / etc etc etc we handed them the keys & left one bottle of cleaner
Now 2months later im in NH 23 hours away every time i called someone would say oh okay well take care of it ( then i got another BILL) or after a while i'd say my NAME and Id get oh sorry no ones here at the moment ( yeah right)

PLEASE TELL PEOPLE DONT let this happen to other GOOD people

Please tell your friends to stay away from BRITTWOOD

MILITARY RENTERS BEWARE 2 months after we ETS we got a bill for 853.80. for a unit cleaning 65.00 we spent 2 days cleaning our selves. carpet cleaning 50.00 we had only rented the place 3 months keys 40.00 they said we never left keys. but we left in an envelop in the drop box at main office. 635.00 for ETS because we broke the contract we had to threaten to go to jag and its still not resolved NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE 50.00 for leaving a full bottle of Windex in the apartment we didn't want to just through it away. and 35.00 because we weren't able to be there for a move out inspection we had to leave on a Sunday the staff is very rude they also kept accusing us of having a dog in the apartment I have 2 kids no time for a dog

For the past 15 years I have rented Corporate Apartments. Upon coming to Columbus I had the need for 5 apartments to house our management team. Jenna was and has remained most professional and helpful throughout our 1 plus year relationship. I wish I could say the same for the rest of staff. Rude only slightly describes them. They can spot a bag of trash set outside the door (waiting to be carried downstairs) from 100 yards, but they can't control the thugs with paintball guns in the courtyard at 2am. Maintainance concerns... don't bother your lease will be up sooner. The security gate seems to be more for looks than anything else. Not only would I not recommend Brittwood Apartments, I would strongly urge anyone looking for an apartment to avoid this location.
