MAYBE CONSIDER MOVING IN IF SHE IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED WITH THE COMPANY, BUT UNTIL THE COMPANY GETS SOMEONE IN THERE THAT KNOWS HOW TO TREAT HUMAN BEINGS, YOU ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO A BAD LIVING & POSSIBLE CREDIT EXPERIENCE!!! AND, NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE AND NO MATTER WHAT MAY GO WRONG IN YOUR UNIT, SHE WON'T BE HANDLING IT WITH LOVE. THIS WOMAN I BITTER W/ A HEART FROM THE GUTTER! IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS - GO NOW AND GO THERE FAST!!!! STEPHANIE IS NOT AN ASSET FOR BRITTWOOD OR THE COMPANY WRITING HER CHECKS! REALLY SHE'S JUST IN THE WRONG BIZ - TRY DATA ENTRY!!! (SHE IS A LIAR) IF YOU WANT A BETTER OPTION TRY ANY OF THE GREYSTONE PROPERTIES UNTIL STEPHANIE QUITES OR GETS FIRED!

The owner of Brittwood would never returne my call i even wrote to him. The whole company is Bad. Club hill was great! Stay away from BRITTWOOD. Looks nice from afar but FAR from nice.

I was with Woodville for awhile and it was great. I moved in to Brittwood and within 4 monthes i moved out. IT SUCKS! The staff is ------ and the apartments suck for the money. When you moved out they will try to screw you. ---- them!

I also had a horrible experience with Stephanie. If you ever do get into an argument with her, hold your ground and keep going to the office to argue with her until she does what she said she would. I caught her in several lies and when I confronted her about them, she said she wasn't lying... Even when I laid out the evidence in front of her, she still denied lying even though I had proof. I also tried to contact the corporate office and never had my phone calls returned. Not a bad apartment for the money but the neighbors are loud and inconsiderate and I too would recommend not moving in unless Stephanie was gone!
