PLEASE listen to everyone on here, wish we did!! The people in the office are worthless! They just want their money and don't care about you. The gate maybe worked a month out of the 7 1/2 months we lived there. The staff in the office would try to hit on my husband...how pathetic!! I was sooo glad that my husband hot orders so we could move. I had an issue with the staff the day that I moved the rest of our stuff out, I asked if one of the maintenance guys could help move a dresser out because I couldn't get it down the stairs by myself, and guess what'' They were all busy (4 guys) putting up 1 ceiling fan and couldn't help me. I just needed one of them for 30 sec! My husband had already left because he had to work, so I had to sit and wait 2 hours for a neighbor to come home to help me! ALSO we had to pay a security deposit. We moved out about a month ago and STILL haven't received it back. I have been calling and they have been giving me the run around. When you move in they want your money before you move but when you move out, they don't want to give you yours back! When we move back to the area in a few months and I still don't have it I am going there and raising HELL!!!

We were sent a BILL from brittwood almost 4 months after we moved out for 900 dollars no refund NOTHING the $900 dollars was for all kinds of things they made up (lost key ) we gave them the keys back (trash) we left a bottle of cleaner etc- I called the owner/staff no one would even return my call We had to pay the bill just so it wouldnt go on our credit
