This is why me and my roommate moved:
1) When we first moved in our air condition did not work at all. It was in the middle of June and we moved in on the weekend so we were without air for 2 days.
2) Hardaway High School - If you leave on that side of the Club Hill you will encounter many teenagers from the school in the parking lot during the morning hours smoking weed and smoking. In the afternoon after school, block party, called management and they didnt do anything about it.
3) Living directly in front of the pool SUCKED - people would allow their dogs to swim in the pool, couples having sex in the pool, people swimming in the pool after hours, people drinking beer and smoking in the pool
4)CRIME - a resident was robbed at gunpoint on the premises; and other incidents I am sure management has covered up
5) Parking was horrible and this also depends on what side of the complex you lived on too
The price of this apartment is not worth it. Go to Greystone Properties!
