This apartment complex is affordable but that is the only plus. The parking lot is in need of maintenance, the apartment buildings need to be updated and repaired. If you need repairs to the apartment it takes an indefinite amount of time to get them fixed. The neighbors can cause disturbances. I would say that the rent versus quality is no where near what I would feel is reasonable.
I know one tenant who has a serious pest (roach) problem and the manager of the apartments will not get a pest control company to see to the problem. I would not recommend this apartment complex to any one.
