me and my boyfriend have been living in these apt's since 2005, if you are not a materialistic person who believes in saving money and keeping your apt clean, cooper cove is the plce to be.....yes the apts could use outside updating, but they are nice, convenient, quiet and large on the inside! we have never encountered a pest (roaches/rodent) problems! that is based upon how clean u are as a person, and anytime i need maintance, wanda would have someone then and there if not the next day! go cooper cove!!!!!
