I've lived here for over a year now, and it's been a pretty decent place to live. I pay $635/month for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome. Rent includes water and cable. The view is great - Cooper creek lake, and the park. Management is very friendly and helpful. It started off bad when we moved in - our downstairs ceiling leaked from the upstairs bathroom, our AC unit leaked as well, and we did have to do a lot of cleaning. But maintenance was very prompt and helpful in fixing those problems, and since then we haven't had to call them at all. Great location, 5 minutes to the mall, CSU. You can walk to the park. There have been some car beak-ins, but I've never met anyone who lived in an apt. complex where there weren't break-ins at some point. It is a very quiet and peaceful location.. we've never had any noise problems. Neighbors are of all ages.
