I lived here for a year. It's a great idea, but no complex seems to really make it work. The management is terrible. There is zero security. A friend who still lives there has had multiple break-ins. I lived there the year it opened, and we still had maintenance issues. Parking is horrendous. There are much better deals in town. The only good thing that came out of Cougar Village was finding a roommate that was also fed up. Now he and I share rent at Club Hill right by CSU.
