I been living at Cougar Village for a few months now and so far it's been great! They let me move in right when I needed to and made sure that everything in my apartment was going to work out during my inspection. Noise isn't really a issue as I never hear my neighbors so that keeps it pretty peaceful in my apartment. The parking is good too I can always find parking in front of my building and the area is pretty well lit. The people in the office have been so helpful in getting me set up in my new apartment they're always so nice when I stop by.
Seriously a great pick for the rent! I also love how everything is included in the rent. Not having to put my name on any extra bills is awesome!
I've already signed up to live here for another year PLUS I heard that they're going to be gated by Fall even better!
