Bad management

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
One time, I made a payment on the first and two weeks later they send me a late rent notice. I went to the office to clarify and they said it was a mistake. A week later we get another late rent noticefor the same month. I don't know what they do in that office but obviously they dont keep up with tenant informaiton. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
