Bulletholes in ceiling, carpets are filthy, bathrooms are horrid, neighbors noisy all hours of night with loud music and screaming kids. Neighbor's young kids always unsupervised. Very old appliances, sink was a nightmare, only decent thing was the fridge in entire apartment. Paint job was awful (dried paint literally dripping down walls and light fixtures). Front door doesn't close all the way because it had been previously kicked in. People in office are nice, but the apartment is your nightmare after signing the lease.
