Cross Creek would be better if the owner would allow for the apartments to be kept up better. These apartments are old and need repair; not patchwork, which Cross Creek is notorious for. The look of the apartments are not appealing as they are very bland to the eyes. Cross Creek is nestled in a very nice community, but it fells to live up to its surrounding.
Also, I felt very unsafe due to poor lighting and numerous incidents of vandalism, break-ins and thefts.
I don't recommend any single women, especially with young children, to lease at Cross Creek at this time.
Hopefully Cross Creek can pull it together and come up to the standard living of the community surrounding the complex.
