I've never been treated so horrible in my life!
The lady at the front desk is really nice and she's the only decent part of this complex. The manager is a mean old lady and the owner doesn't care about his tennents.
A few years ago we had problems with sewage flowing into our dish washer and through the sinks and bathtubs. The complex told me it wasn't their problem and made me clean it up. I told the management about guys dealing drugs in the neighborhood and again, it's not their problem. It must be nice not running a complex and collecting a pay check.
When my husband was sent to a new duty station the complex refused to let us break the lease.
I didn't even mention the sewage that runs down into the fresh water stream next to the car cleaning area, the trash everywhere or the ----- house upstairs.
Pay an extra 100$ and go somewhere decent.
I wish I took pictures of my sink full of sewage and the amazing fountain of poo coming out of my bathtub.

Picture 1: The picture attatched is what my toilet looked like when I moved in... Make sure you view anything before you sign.. It flushed! It's not broken! Just disgusting, so not their problem!

Picture 2: Hope you don't have drinking water next to your bed at night. That's a house centipede.
