I live there for 9 month could'nt even make it to 12 month which i end up breaking my lease boy did i have all kind of problem 1.bugs 2.peoples throwing trash in the yard and i get a note on my door saying i was going to get fine.3. come home from work kids swinging in the tree in my yard and when i ask them to get down they poke theirs tongue out at me and roll their eyes and they didn't live in my section.4.maintenance took for every to fix stuff.5.heat and air hardly work.6.kids fighting outside my door,and in the back of my apartment.and last but least shooting i got tired of hitting the floor after i heard shooting.a danger place to raise children.owe yea after i moved in a couple month after that i found out people was paying 350.00 for rent because they took it down but continue to let me pay 545.00 which wasn't worst it. this was the worst experience of my life. southside is not for everybody.to move in they told us it was a security gated but that thing almost never work.
