Office staff don't give any notice of maintenance. Often, the office is locked with no indication of whether and when the staff will return. Although office hours are 10-6 on weekdays, there are hours of time in which the office is completely locked up. Phone calls go unanswered. Calling the owner in Florida is no help, either. When calls are returned, the owner often blames the resident for causing trouble. There is a very noticeable lack of professionalism and caring from office staff

The only thing you get is pest control included with the rental. You have to pay extra for water, sewage, basic cable, etc. Even pest control is done without your knowledge and without any notice. These apartments used to be quieter, with mostly ex-military and retired people. Now, they have become very noisy, especially on weekends. Management used to be better in the past so much so that I have recommended these apartments to my friends.
