We are the ones who lived in the Lodge Apartments, please dont go there. We took our chances here at the Grand and its okay but to the low class joes who get disrespectful with the drinking and bad language needs to be reported to management. There are laws provided that protect tenants rights and quiet living enjoyment.All it takes is one rotten apple to mess everything up. I got with management to report the disrespectful activities I saw and requested that a news letter should be issused to everyone on behavior and respect. Now as far as for the mildrew part use a mildrew killing agent spray. It works . Just spray on surface dont wipe it and it prevents mildrew from occurring. Go to Lowes and ask for the prevent mildrew solution. Well, thought I would help. The Grand is okay.
