Grand Reserve

Well, as with every apartment, you have your ups and downs. But overall, The Grand Reserve is a really great place.

The ups are that there is a gym, sauna, men's and women's tanning beds, hot tub, and two pools, all available for use free of charge. The maintenance is very courteous and do a great job -- they always seem willing to help you fix your problem. In additon, there is a tennis and basketball court, a playground, a laundry facility, and a community channel, in addition to a newsletter monthly, that keep you up-to-par on everything that's going on in the community.

Also, the exterminator comes once a month and air filters and other small household problems that come up are taken care of regularly (free of charge). For our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, office apartment, we pay $799 a month and it's worth every cent. Also, the Grand Reserve is in a GREAT location if you like to get take-out, eat out, or like delivery, as there are many restaurants nearby.

In the apartments, there are large walk-in closets, a seperate laundry room (with plenty of space), a balcony (with outside storage), and a ceiling fan in practically every room. There is a clubhouse for get-togethers and parties also, which is REALLY nice and a great place.

The downs are that there is sometimes not enough parking in front of your building and you end up parking in front of another building. Also, on the weekends in the afternoons, the pools are very crowded. Another pool would help a lot, especially since currently a whole new 3-story apartment building is being built (but the construction is very quiet) and a new one story building also. But those are really the only down's of the Grand Reserve.
