Hey,
Dont move into The Grand Reserve simply because its becomming a weird disturbing Hell Hole.Why pay and spend your BDQ on an disturbing weird Hell Hole ! Why pay close to 700 for rent each month for repairs that dont get done properly. Why pay 700 for rent to live near weird and loud people hanging out all times of the night. Why pay 700 for rent when you confront both the Property Manager and the Assistant Manager with a problem that suppose to be confidential when everyone in your building complex and then some know more about your situation then you do yourself.Watch out for their lies, stories,and talltales. Watch out !!
