I lived at this aprtment for about a year and a half. I liked it very much, but like any place there is things i didnt like.
One thing i didnt like was the 3 teenage punks that thoought they was some sort of thugs. They would try to threaten poepl ethere, and use profanity language at them. I knopw there was one occasion that they use profanity at me, i confronted them, and it seased. They just needed a good old fathion butt busting. The second thing i didn tlike was, i seem to be one of the few that would pick up after my pet. That would upset me. The thrid was the the thin walls, and celling, i could hear my noisy nehbors.
The things i loved about it, had a very big floor plan, lots of room. to much for a single person.The other things was timely matinace, every month, sucrity was great. WHen hurrician ivan hit florida, and came up to Columbus my apartment got some what flooded, they had capet cleaners out in 30 mins sucking up the water. They never whent up on my rent, had great amenities. Overall, good place to live.
The upgrades I would have loved to have was a garage. then it would be perfict, Almost.
