We moved into the Reserves thinking it would be a decent place to live temporarily but we were definitely wrong. People are extremely lazy and 97% do not pick up after their pets which became a problem when you wanted your 17 mos old to walk in the grass. That was another negative, there was not a sidewalk!!!! If you wanted to exercise or have a evening walk you had to walk out in the middle of the streets. People drove extremely face and the parking lots were small and also there were limited spaces. Anytime someone invited friends and 2-3 spaces were taken, you would not find a parking space within your apt. bldg. You basically had to rush home to make sure you could find a spot!!! Also, the kids were very uncontrollable. Small children ran out in the street unattended and older children were a pain in the rear to deal with. I would be extremely happy if I didn't have to see any of them. For me the noise next door on both sides of my apt was bearable. But you can hear someone vacumming!!! I am glad for once we lived upstairs but I am pretty sure the people down below were not to thrilled. Complaints seem to be taken lightly unless you are one of the --------- from whinsec or work at whinsec. They seem to get some type of priority service and upscale treatment which I definitely did not like. The hot tubs were always filled nightly with kids who did not reside there. They were drinking, loud and rude. Apparently security does not do anything because a complaint was made against the same young man. I would say do not move there unless you had too.

I`m a Latino military male in the USA Army and I do not recieve "so called" as you stated type of priority service and upscale treatment from the Grand Reserve Property Manager and Staff. My wife was mistreated by certain staff members when I was away on military duty and my wife was cursed out and threathen by a "black female" neighbor because my wife had complainted to the office about the black female neighbor`s teenager son and his friends who were sitting on my wife`s car and harassing my wife to point where my wife was in tears, and upscale treatment is a big joke because complainting to the office made that situation worst. People are rude to us and apparently you are right about not having any type of security. Thats why I took it upon myself to break our lease contract and moved out of the not so Grand Reserve to another location where my family can find some type of peace .
