I use to love the Grand Reserve, but that was because there was no one above us. Yesterday they moved some one in and it literally sounds like they are coming through my roof, I understand that apartment living will require you to have to hear your neighbors from time to time but this is ridiculous. My chandeliers on my ceiling shack and rattle and my two year old wakes up screaming in fright from the noise. It sounds like the roof is about to cave in. As long as you get a top level apartment so you have to hear no one walking then you will love living here, the staff is great and the grounds are immaculate.

I honestly think my neighbors never sit down all they do is walk from room to room, the floor creaks and crumbles with every step. It is not the normal foot steps that you hear, I have lived in apartments all my life and I have never heard anything like this. I will be breaking my lease and moving out to a rental home.
