I lived at the Grand reserves for 1 year and was completely satisfied with my stay. And while the office staff and the apartments were very nice, upon my departure I left an item behind in the apartment. When I called to have someone pick up the item for me, I was informed that nothing was left in the apartment. I have stayed at a few apartments in my lifetime and the cleaning staff has almost always turned items that were left in apartments in because if the items are not claimed in a few days the staff can usually claim them. I was deeply disappointed. The sad things is that I will be back in the Columbus area within the next year for approximately another year and would not dream of staying there again.
