We lived at Grand Reserve for 34 months. When we moved into the largest sq ft apt
they had, which was about 1740. We paid the highest rent in the building, But it was in the basement. The tenants above were uncivilized, and allowed their four children to run, jump, and even "run is place', shaking the chandeliers. We called the police, and filed a police report (Oct 2005).

Because of complaints, and their denial of wrong doing, they were told to leave. But the next tenants were 2/3's as bad, with two adolescent children, doing gymnastics in the apartment. Security had to be called on them.

After sixteen months of this, they also were told to leave. But the apt staff put in
tenants that were worst than the first tenants. With four children, they would start their noise and horseplay between 4:45 and 5:15 each weekday morning, sometimes with one parent swearing at the children later in the morning, and playing loud music.

In March of 2008, we were offered a 2nd lease renewal. But later that month, when we called and complained about the above tenants again, the apt staff rescinded their offer and gave us 60 days to vacate. Rather than to address and correct the problem, they took the easy way out. We paid the highest rent, but had the worst living conditions, when you add in the frequent invasion of flying cockroaches.

Seriously? You live in an apartment for God's sake. If you wanted quiet, there are many houses for rent in Columbus, where you could have had it. WOW.

You also are surrounded by woods... and are in the SOUTH... you could have requested to be moved to another apartment.
